Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to individuals participating in online or in-person education and training programs relating to nursing, midwifery and health services (“Training”) provided by Natally (“Natally”).

In-Person Services
Payments
  • A 75% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled class.
Refunds
  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind, regardless of when cancellation occurs. Clients are liable for full payment.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days and paid using the original method of payment. Proof of purchase and identity may be required.
Cancellations, Rescheduling and Non-Attendance
  • One complimentary reschedule is permitted if a request is made more than 30 days in advance. Additional reschedules or late notice reschedules will incur a $100 fee.
  • If clients do not attend their allocated class, full payment is required.
  • Clients arriving late are welcome to join; however, class sessions will commence promptly at the scheduled time and late arrivals may result in reduced participation time, as classes will not be extended beyond their designated duration.
  • Cancellations by Natally: In rare cases where training must be rescheduled by Natally (e.g., due to illness or emergency), participants will be offered an alternative date. If agreement cannot be reached, a refund of the balance (including the deposit) will be issued.
Special Circumstances
  • Services Termination: If Natally terminates the Service Agreement due to the client or a support person breaching clause 2.4(a)(i) or engaging in conduct that disrupts service performance, including aggressive or intimidating behaviour towards Natally staff or trainers, all fees remain payable in full, and no refund will be provided.
  • Early Birth: If your baby is born before 37 weeks’ gestation, and you are unable to attend the class, Natally will refund the remaining 25% balance (after the 75% non-refundable deposit) upon provision of a medical certificate confirming your due date and birth details.
  • Stillbirth: In the unfortunate event of a stillbirth, a full refund including deposit and balance will be provided upon receipt of a medical certificate.
  • COVID-19 or other illness: If you or your support person tests positive for COVID-19 within 7 days of the scheduled training and are symptomatic, you must reschedule and provide a positive PCR result. If you or your support person is ill and are unable to attend (for the protection of other attendees), you must provide a medical certificate. In this case:
    • Refunds will not be issued.
    • Rescheduling fees will be waived.

Online Education Services
Payments
  • Payment in full is required at the time of enrolment to access Natally’s training. Access will not be granted until payment has been received and processed.
Refunds
  • Due to the nature of digital content and online training, this service is non-refundable.
Cancellations and Changes
  • Natally reserves the right to update or make changes to course content and structure at any time. If significant changes are made that impact your learning experience, you may be offered an extension or access to additional resources.
Special Circumstances
  • Services Termination: If Natally terminates the Service Agreement due to the client or a support person breaching clause 2.4(a)(i),  no refund will be provided.
