How We Store and Manage Your Information

Digital records (including payment data and consent forms) collected via the website are securely stored in Natally’s website database.
Other digital records (such as course intake forms and media consent forms) are stored in Microsoft for Business OneDrive, secured by multi-factor authentication and hosted in Australian data centres.
Paper records are stored in a locked cabinet and securely digitalised as soon as practicable.
Access is restricted to Emily Tipping (Natally Sole Trader) and may also be exposed on occasion to maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties.

Information is only accessed or used for service delivery, administration, or legal compliance.

Disclosure of Personal Information

Natally does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be disclosed only:

To emergency services in a medical emergency.
To comply with legal obligations (e.g. court orders, child protection law, AHPRA audits).
With your written consent, to a nominated support person or health provider.

Client records are retained for a minimum of 10 years, in line with professional health standards. After this period, data is securely destroyed or permanently de-identified. Paper records securely shredded once digitalised or expired.
